Pedală în Bănie was founded in 2018 out of a genuine passion for outdoor activities, debuting as an event dedicated exclusively to mountain biking, a rapidly growing sport. Since the first edition, we have managed to attract an increasing number of participants eager to explore nature and push their physical limits.

With each edition, we’ve added new challenges, introducing running races and diversifying the age categories. We’ve thus created a complete experience where sports enthusiasts can enjoy competition and adventure alongside friends and family in a festive atmosphere.

Today, Pedală în Bănie is the first and most important traditional sporting event in the Dolj region, generating a positive impact on the local community. Year after year, the event brings together more and more enthusiasts of nature, health, and sports, establishing itself as a platform of inspiration for an active and responsible lifestyle.
